Having over a decade of experience working for some of the worlds largest Real Estate organizations, to consulting for one of the largest real estate educational organization in the Country — NYREI, Paul saw very early that harnessing people's desire for success was what would animate his new shop. With over 500 agents across the five boroughs, Scope has made their mark as a force in the real estate industry. With this early success, Paul and his team have turned their focus to "doing well by doing good.” That began with an initiative launched earlier this year to donate a percentage of the proceeds from each deal they close to one of three pre-selected charities. In addition to this, Paul and his COO Chris Fenelus also work closely with their staff to encourage putting a strong emphasis on the relationship with the client over all else. A graduate of SUNY Oneonta, Reisner brought himself up by his bootstraps early in his career, and is now managing an investment portfolio and several companies that have interests in a half-dozen states across the country. He attributes his success to hard work and focus. A major key to the meteoric rise of Scope specifically, according to Reisner, is investing in each person they hire from day one. Paying for educational opportunities and licensing, giving them the resources and support they need to be successful, while raising money for St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital as well as other notable and honorable charities.
